I said before I got an injection of meds at my GP in my butt. The spot is still very sore 4 days later, and I still have to take my rescue drugs to at least function at a minimal level. So the meds he gave me are literally a pain in the butt.
Today, I cleaned both of the kids rooms and then sprayed them with flea killer, as our cats have them and we have all got about a dozen flea bites on our legs and arms. Next week we are going to get bug bombs and set them off so we can get rid of them in our apartment. But after all that I did, I exhausted myself. Hopefully, the work I did wasn't a wasted effort.
I didn't get around to call the neurologist. Between the migraines and keeping the kids from screaming and arguing, took a lot of effort. A task that took much more effort than I wanted to expend and usually brought my migraine back to the same level or higher than it was before. The two older kids start school on Monday, Buddy's 10th birthday, so hopefully that will help with the arguments.

The new meds are not working
3 weeks ago, I went to see my neurologist because of the fainting with my last daily med, so she switched it. The first week I was fine, but it was only a half dose. The second week I started having worse migraines that took a few days to go away. Today, I am in my 5th day of a migraine that just won't stop.
I went to my GP, and he gave me a shot of something about 10:30 am. Right now, it is almost 4 and I still have the migraine, but it has reduced in intensity. I am still pretty sensitive to light (I am wearing sunglasses, while I wait for my counseling appointment because the lights in the hallway are too bright for me to handle.) At least I am not too sensitive to sound right now. I am at my ropes end with these migraines. I just dont know what else to do. Tomorrow, I will be calling my neurologist and see what she says.
